On this 9 days off-the-beaten voyage, you will be brought to discover the unseen world of Thai gastronomy. You will have opportunity to tantalize your taste buds and learn to cook mouthwatering Thai cuisine from truly local perspective. You will start the tour by exploring the world’s top culinary paradise of Bangkok, our bustling capital city celebrated for its legendary street food to renowned Thai fine dining. Then, you will take a visit explore the beauty of Bangkok with floating market and rose garden. Experience a very different local taste in the South of Thailand by taking the fly to Phuket which is famous for a rich culture, a beautiful coastline, spectacular natural sights, loads of outdoor sports and activities, shopping, nightlife and dining.

You will start the tour by exploring the world’s top culinary paradise of Bangkok, our bustling capital city celebrated for its legendary street food to renowned Thai fine dining. Then, you will take a visit explore the beauty of Bangkok with floating market and rose garden. Experience a very different local taste in the South of Thailand by taking the fly to Phuket which is famous for a rich culture, a beautiful coastline, spectacular natural sights, loads of outdoor sports and activities, shopping, nightlife and dining.

Day 1: Bangkok arrival (G)

On arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to hotel. The rest of the day will be your own for strolling the city. Your overnight stay will be in Bangkok.

Day 2: Cooking at THAI HOUSE (B, L, G in class)

To day is spent at the Thai House where you could how to prepare and cook various delicious Thai dishes – The Thai House is a traditional Thai house built with a golden teakwood structure in an architectural style that was popular around the Ayutthaya region in central Thailand some 150 years ago. The distinctive wing-shaped roof structure is inspired by the temples. It is thought that these wings are a means of the inhabitants to reach heaven. Culinary courses featured at the Thai House are designed for participants with little time but who wish to attain the basic knowledge it takes to create menus for home entertainment, or simply to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. The cooking classes are held in an outdoor classroom in the midst of an orchard of mango, banana, papaya and coconut trees, and a kitchen garden of fresh herbs and spices used in the recipes. Lessons featuring brief lectures, the preparation of ingredients, hands-on cooking demonstrations and time for discussion and enjoying the fruits of success are conducted in an open air kitchen. Transfer you back to hotel and overnight at hotel in Bangkok.

Day 3: Bangkok/Floating Market/Rose Garden (B, L, G)
In the morning, you’ll be driven southwards of Bangkok to the garden province of Samut Songhkhram in the Mae Klong river delta area. Firstly, you’ll visit a unique country market along the railway tracks. See the train arrive bringing the people to the market. Later on, you’ll continue to visit fascinating floating market at Damnoen Saduak about 110 km from Bangkok in the Ratchaburi province. On arrival, you’ll visit local Sugar Palm factory before board on a long tails boat along Damnern canals. After spend time at the floating market, you’ll continue to visit teakwood carving. On the way return to Bangkok, you’ll stop at the Rose Garden which is a picturesque country resort consisting of over 50 acres of tropical paradise with flower gardens, orchards and a typical Thai village. Buffet lunch inside the Rose Garden and then followed by Thai cultural shows, you can witness ordination into the fingernail dance, Thai boxing, hill tribe dance, sword fighting, elephants at work and folk dancing. You will spend the night in Bangkok.

Day 4: Bangkok/Phuket (B, G)
Your time will be your own until our guide and driver arrive to take you to the airport where you will board the flight to Phuket- a beautiful bays with sandy beaches and palm-blessed and in the interior of the island are always blue lakes. Overnight in Phuket.

Day 5: Pum’s Healthy Lifestyle Cooking (B, L, D, G in class)
Our Phuket cooking classes start this morning. You will learn how to create a balance between your desire to be healthy and your craving for delicious food. Pum will personally teach you the benefits of Thai herbs and suggest menus with coupled with Thai herbal drinks. This full day class includes the Lazy Cuisine cookbook and a selection of kitchen goodies. Dinner at the restaurant. You will be free in the evening. Overnight at hotel in Phuket.

Day 6: Half day cooking class in Phuket (B, L, G in class)

Today, you’ll enjoy our second cooking course in Phuket. After a short demonstration, you’ll get more great hands on experience! Your afternoon is free at your own leisure. Overnight at hotel in Phuket

Day 7 ~ Day 8: Phuket free (B)

Balance of the day at your leisure to relax or indulge in a variety of activities on resort ground on the beaches. Overnight at hotel in Phuket.

Day 9: Phuket/Bangkok departure (B)

After breakfast, you’ll be free at leisure until you catch a flight back to Bangkok where transit for your departure flight.
