Dear Luong,
Yes, we are both well and had a pleasant trip home.
Thank you again for all your help with designing this trip and making it memorable for us both.
Yes it is ok to ask these questions and I hope the answers are useful for you.
Take Care of yourself
Susan 🙂
All the Guides were great and their knowledge of each area was excellent.
Rex Hotel (In Ho Chi Minh City): First night stay the room was great, last nights stay the room was small and mattress was uncomfortable. (really hard)
Novotel Hotel (In Dalat): Very comfortable room.
Yasaka Hotel (In Nha Trang): This was one of our favorites, really large room overlooking the water.
Dong An Beach Resort (In Hoi An): Lovely room with a balcony over the river. One lunch time the staff set a table on the warf over the river, it was really nice. also had a nice pool & spa.
Zephyr Hotel (In Hanoi): Room was small, but friendly service and they returned our lost camera.
Huong Hai Boat (In Ha Long): This was a real surprise for us the boat was new and the room was first class, not at all how we imagined it would be.
All the drivers were very professional and their ability to drive in the traffic was very impressive to us.
The Nha Trang day boat trip was a really fun day and we enjoyed it very much. The Halong Bay trip was spectacular with unforgetable views.
Vietnam Air was great, all our flights were on time and the refreshments provided very nice.
All the restaurants had friendly excellent service and the food was very fresh.
The menues were often either the same or similar but very tasty and sometimes we were unable to finish it all.
All the places we went were a new experience for us, so we enjoyed taking in all the sights.
This was a real bonus for us, because all the websites we visited did not have a tour that suited all the places we wanted to go, so to be able to design our own was fantastic and to have a tour for just the 2 of us just made the trip perfect.
The tour was so well designed that everything we wanted to do was included and this was because of the options and suggestions made during the designing of this tour via e-mails.
I have already given your website address to colleges at work and explained how to get to the “design your own tour” page
