Day 1: Bangkok arrival (G)
Meet on arrival at the airport and transfer to sightseeing to Wat Trimit to witness its 5.5 tons weight of the Golden Buddha Image located at the conner of China Town. After the tour check into you hotel, you’ll be free at leisure. Overnight in Bangkok.
Day 2: Bangkok sightseeing (B, L, G)
After breakfast at the hotel, tour visit city highlight of Bangkok includes; Wat Po or the Temple of Reclining Buddha and take a ferry to Wat Arun. Lunch at restaurant. After lunch visit to the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple. Take a boat trip along the canals of Thonburi and visit to Wat Arun, known for its famous the temple of Dawn. Lunch served at riverside restaurant. Return to hotel for leisure and overnight stay.
Day 3: Bangkok/Hanoi (B, D, G)
Breakfast at hotel. Free until the driver and guide come and take you to Bangkok airport for flight to Hanoi
Arriving at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. You’ll have time to relax after your journey before a welcome dinner at a colonial building. In the evening, you’ll have tickets for a performance of traditional Water Puppetry (an art form unique to northern Viet Nam, and a good, light-hearted introduction to its rural culture). Your overnight stay will be in Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi city (B, L, G)
An all day city tour, possibly including the Temple of Literature, (the first university in Viet Nam dating back to the 11th C), the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Ethnology Museum and the centre of Hanoi, including the Hoan Kiem Lake, the Ngoc Son temple and the bustling Old Quarter with a complex of architecture – traditional tube houses, religious buildings and the colonial houses. In the evening, you’ll have tickets for a performance of Cheo (an traditional music typical for the northern Viet Nam). Overnight in Hanoi
Day 5: Hanoi/Halong (B, L, D, G)
A morning drive to Ha Long Bay, (one of the most spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Areas – the world’s largest marine ‘karst’ landscape). Travel by traditional-style boat to some of the less well-known grottoes and caves. Includes swimming, fishing, hill (not mountain) climbing for Bay overviews, exploring sea level caves in a small sampan, etc. All meals will be provided on board and your accommodation will be on the boat in a twin room with en suite toilet and shower
Day 6: Halong/Hanoi (B, L, G)
Morning cruising Ha Long Bay, followed by lunch and then return to Hanoi for an overnight stay
Day 7: Hanoi/Vientiane (B, G)
Take the morning flight to Vientiane, On arrival, our guide and driver will meet you at the airport and pick you to hotel in Vientiane
Rest of the day, just relax or take the pleasant walk around your hotel area.
Day 8: Vientiane city tour (B, L, G)
Today, there will be a tour of Vientiane. Although Vientiane is the capital city, it has the feel of a small provincial town. The wide boulevards are almost devoid of traffic and with its temples, the city retains the feel of another age. Our tour includes visits to the major temples of Vat Sisaket, Vat Phrakeo and the impressive That Luang Stupa, the country’s most important monument. We will also see the Arch of Triumph, the National Museum and the main market. In the evening, following the meal you can enjoy an evening stroll along the banks of the Mekong River.
Day 9: Vientiane/Siem Reap/Angkor Tour (B, L, G)
Have breakfast in the hotel and take the morning flight to Siem Reap. On arrival, our guide and driver will pick you from the airport for hotel in Siem Reap.
Afternoon, we visit Angkor Thom temples: Victory Gate, Bayon, Baphuon, Phimean Akas, Elephant Terrace and Leper King Terrace, Takeo and Ta Prohm. Lunch served at local restaurant. Afternoon enjoy the spectacular architecture and sculpture of the World Heritage at Angkor Wat and view the sunset over the Angkor complex on the top of Phnom Bakheng Mt.
Day 10: Siem Reap/Angkor wat (B, L, G)
Enjoy Angkor Wat Sunrise and spend the whole morning to explore the greatest fine-art of Angkor Empire at Banteay-Srey temple. Lunch at local Restaurant. Afternoon visit the grand circuit of temples: Prasat Kravan, Banteay Kdei, Sras Srong, Neak Poan, Eastern Mebon, Pre Rup and Preah Khan.
Day 11: Siem Reap departure (B, G)
Free in your own until your departure time. Driver will transfer you to the airport for your departure.
