Day 1: Luang Prabang arrival (G)

On arrival, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. After checking in to your hotel, you’ll visit the Stay Another Day exhibit to observe locally made products and learn about Lao culture. Join in at a Lao tea tasting ceremony and climb the stairs of Mount Phousi to watch the sun set over the city. Head to the hill tribe evening market for some late night shopping. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 2: Luang Prabang (B, D, G)

After breakfast, you’ll explore Luang Prabang on an electric bike today for some adventurous fun. Visit the former Royal Palace before continuing to the towns most revered and grand temples, learning about the history of the city. Enjoy a romantic and relaxing time a t L’Hibiscus Spa in the afternoon. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 3: Luang Prabang/Pak Ou/Luang Prabang (B, D, G)

Today, you’ll cruise along the Mekong and observe the daily activities of local fisherman and villagers as you make your way to Pak Ou Caves. On your return trip stop at Ban Xang Hay, a village that specializes in traditional rice wine making. Overnight in Luang Prabang

Day 4: Luang Prabang/Khuangsi waterfalls/Luang Prabang (B, L, G)

Today there is the option of rising early to watch the monks collect their alms. Transfer by car to Khuang Si Waterfalls and stop en-route at hill tribe villages, taking time to learn more about the culture. Also visit the sun bear rescue center and enjoy a delicious picnic by the waterfalls while experiencing a Baci ceremony. Overnight in Luang Prabang

Day 5: Luang Prabang departure (B, G)

The morning is free for last minute shopping or sightseeing before your guide and private car meet you at your hotel and transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
