This 5 day tour covers most of highlight destinations in the Northeast of Thailand comprising Bangkok, Nakormratchasima, Udonthani and Nongkhai. Starting to explore the bustling capital city Bangkok, you’ll then visit Khao Yai national park with several species of wildlife, flora and fauna, explore a major archeological site at Ban Prasat, then visit Pimai Historical park Sai Ngarm (Big Banyan Tree) in Udonthani. Nongkhia is the last place where you can finish your tour or extense with some more days tour in Laos.

Destination: Bangkok/Nakornratchasima/Udonthani/Nongkhai

Description: This 5 day tour covers most of highlight destinations in the Northeast of Thailand comprising Bangkok, Nakormratchasima, Udonthani and Nongkhai. Starting to explore the bustling capital city Bangkok, you’ll then visit Khao Yai national park with several species of wildlife, flora and fauna, explore a major archeological site at Ban Prasat, then visit Pimai Historical park Sai Ngarm (Big Banyan Tree) in Udonthani. Nongkhia is the last place where you can finish your tour or extense with some more days tour in Laos.

Day 1: Arrive Bangkok (G)

On arrival at Suvanphumi Airport, you will be met and transferred to hotel. Your overnight stay will be in Bangkok.

Day 2: Bangkok City Tour (B, L, G)

Breakfast at hotel. You’ll begin your tour of Bangkok with a long tail boat ride along the Chao Phraya River to see many lively inner canals which provide some fantastic views of the local life. Along the way you will stop over at Wat Arun, the temple of dawn, before continuing to the Grand Palace which dedicated to the Thai Royal Family’s ceremonies. Nearby is the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew, which is famous for the Emerald Buddha Image. After seeing this complex, you will drive through the many vibrant streets of China Town to some of the most significant temples in Bangkok. The landmark of Wat Traimit is well known as the Golden Buddha Temple while Wat Pho houses a gigantic Reclining Buddha. You will spend the night in Bangkok.

Day 3: Bangkok/Nakornratchasima (B, L, G)

Breakfast at hotel. Depart from Bangkok in the morning to Khao Yai national park, covering 542,000 acres with several species of wildlife, flora and fauna. Take an easy trail walking to the waterfall where lunch is served at local restaurant. After the tour proceed downhill to visit Ban Dan Kwain, a village noted for earthenware ceramics, proceed into city and visit to Korat’s most revered Wat Salaloi a Buddhist temple. Check into hotel for accommodation and overnight.

Day 4: Nakornratchasima/Udonthani (B, L, G)

Breakfast at hotel. Depart to explore a major archeological site at Ban Prasat, then visit Pimai Historical park Sai Ngarm (Big Banyan Tree). Lunch served at local restaurant. Continue on to Udonthani with stop en-route at a village to observe the way of living of E-San people. Arrive Udonthani check into hotel for accommodation and free at own leisure.

Day 5: Udonthani/Nongkhai Departure (B, L, G)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit in the morning to Ban Chiang containing remains dating back to 4000 BC. Continue to Nongkhai to visit Wat Khaek known locally as Salakkaewku where the monument of both Buddhism and Hindurism palaced in the park. Visit also to Wat Pochai a Buddhist temple where Phra Sai the Buddha image revered by local people and neaby area. Stroling through the indochina market and having lunch at the famous Vietnamese restaurant in the country “Daeng Nan Nuaeng” After the tour proceed Nongkhai train station or Udonthani airport for departure or enter to Laos (Vientiane) through Friendship Bridge) for extend your tour to Laos. (This program can be combined with Laos) End of Services.
