  1. Guide (s):

Mr. Huynh (Guide in the North) Good Tour Guide.

  1. Accommodation:

Nam Hai Hotel (in Hanoi) overall ok but the toilet is dirty and no safe box provided

Bai Tho Boat (on Ha Long Bay)  luxurious experience, good food but not drinking water supply.

  1. Transport (Land, water and air):

overall ok.

  1. Restaurants:

In the North: We had our meal at local restaurant, good food and the price is reasonable.

  1. Places you visited:

We have long queue for 2 hours just to visit the HCM Mausoleum (why Vietnamese like to jump queue??), One Pillar Pagoda, Museum and Water Puppet show

  1. Design and management of your tour:

good and well arrangement

  1. Are there any recommendations or criticisms of services, restaurants, shops, visit sites and so on that you’ve visited on your own?

We have lost our camera (pick pocket) during walking around at Water puppet Theatre, luckily not our passport and wallet. So we only can keep the sweet memory at halong bay in our mind. ….

Anyway we enjoyed the trip very much. Thank you for your service provided to us.
