We did not have complaint on this trip except the first day tour guide. But it did not spoilt our mood of travelling after enjoy the beautiful view in Sapa and Halong Bay.

Hope will see you again if We arrange another trip to Hanoi.

1. Guide (s):

Guide in Hanoi (Mr. To):Unfriendly, ask us to pay more for all the food and drinks which he helped us to order even the foods is not really that expensive. Not accompany us into the train until we pay more tips. He said his responsibility is up to in front of railway station.

 

Guide in Sapa (Ms. Oanh):Very helpful, very kind , responsible,and friendly. Always listen to our needs.

 

Guide in Ha Long Bay (Mr. Dung): Helpful and responsible.

 

 

2. Accommodation:

Van Mieu Hotel (In Hanoi):Clean , workers are helpful

 

Homestay (In Sapa):nice and peaceful, except no warm water during shower,

 

Oriental sails (In Ha Long): Comfortable and nice

 

3. Transport (Land, water and air):

Safety, on time.

 

4. Places you visited:

All place visit were very nice, except the Museum in Hanoi City. The whole visit inside the museum is less than 5 mints. Is it really nothing to see?

 

 

5. Design and management of your tour:

Adventure and nice, all transportation i.e boat, train were in our itinerary which we never experienced before

 

6. Are there any recommendations or criticisms of services, restaurants, shops, visit sites and so on that you’ve visited on your own?

We visit the Casino in Lao Cai, and also bounderies between China and Vietnam. In future should recommend client visit these 2 places,
