Sofitel Plaza Hotel (In Hanoi): Wonderful accommodations, very well located, excellent staff – A+
Imperial Hotel (in Hue): This was my very favourite place of all. The rooms were incredible, the temperature was great, and the food at the hotel was very good – A++++.
Golden Sand Resort (In Hoi An) Not my favourite, but okay!
Equatorial Hotel (in Ho Chi Minh City) My least favourite of all! The rooms were VERY uncomfortable temperature wise!!! It was also far from the areas of the city I wanted to see!
Victoria Hotel (In Can Tho) BEAUTIFUL!!!!! This is a very lovely place!!!
Angkor Palace Resort (in Siem Reap) Wonderful accommodations!!!
You all did a wonderful job with our transportation. The bus rides were as comfortable as they could be and you made extra bathroom stops when they were needed!!! (THANK YOU!!!).
In the North: The first restaurant we ate at in Hanoi was by far my favourite! I had my first spring roll. As you will recall I was a vegetarian for most of the trip and I really appreciate the effort put forth to provide us with an alternative selection of dishes.
