Majestic Hotel (In Ho Chi Minh City):Great hotel though the room we were in had a restaurant or bar on top of it and so early morning you hear footsteps of staff walking
Palm Garden Resort and Spa (In Hoi An):Best hotel. Due to flight delays we did not get to enjoy this hotel.I would recommend to anyone to stay for at least 2 nights here.
Huong Giang Hotel (In Hue):It is ok for a night or two but it would have been better to have a river view. The Spa here is the worst as the masseuse therapist do not seem to know how to give a massage.
Silk Path Hotel (In Hanoi):Very good hotel, centrally located.
Salana Hotel (In Vientiane):Good hotel centrally located
Ancient Luang Prabang Hotel (In Luang Prabang):The location is perfect however we had a few problems on checking in, mainly telephone did not work, no lift, there was no water and when water came the wash hand basin was blocked. All but the telephone were solvved by the next day.The location of the hotel is perfect
Somadevi Hotel (In Siem Reap):Great hotel no problems at all.
Queen Boutique Hotel (In Phnom Penh):Good hotel too.
Land and water transport was perfect. We felt like kings as even n boat tours we had a boat for us only. Halong bay cruise was great too. The air transport was a disaster . The only flight that left on time was Siem Riep o Pnom Penh..We suggest that Gia linh advises clients about this problem of internal flights when planning itenaries.
In Vietnam we loved Hoain and Halong bay best. I would have preferred to stay 2 days in Hoain and take off Hue. The reason is that I have been to China and things I saw in Hue did not interest me much as I saw similar in China. I would also have taken off Vientiane and added an extra day in Luang Prabang and did the elephant trekking as I have ben to Thailand and saw temples similar to those at Vietntiane. Again the delsy in flights caused everything to be done in a rush………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
The design was good however as stated above it would have been good if we knew about the common flight delays with Vietnamese airways.
The restaurants visited were all good. The only one restaurant in which we did not like hte food was the traditional fish in Hanoi as we had thought we would have been given a whole fish between us but it was just a little. We found Cargo club restaurant in Hoain very good and also in Siem Riep close to the hotel we found a BBQ restaurantbut forgot the name
Yes I will help and you can refer them to me.
