- Guide (s):
Mr. Pheng Bross (Cambodia): Pheng Bross is a very knowledgeable & considerate guide. He went to all extent to ensure that we’re comfortable & satisfied about the tour. A very friendly person indeed.
- Accommodation:
Sokha Hotel (In Siem Reap): We’re very happy with Sokha hotel. I would like to stay there when I go back to Siem Reap again. However I would like to make a comment that the hotel didn’t prepare a queen sized bed in our room upon check-in which I’ve already informed Gia Linh on this request. We had to wait which was a waste of time. Besides, they gave us a room very far away from the lift. I believe that if our request was prepared way in advance, my friend & I wouldn’t need to wait for so long
Sunway Hotel (In Phnom Penh): This hotel isn’t as gd as Sokha. We find it average & as usual, they didn’t give us a queen sized bed again, so we wasted time waiting for them to find a rm for us.
- Transport (Land, water and air):
Transport was comfortable . It’s just that sometimes the air-conditioning in the van isn’t working properly or not strong enough. Considering that the weather was hot at that time
- Restaurants:
In Siem Reap: We are very satisfied with the array of restaurants & cuisines available in Siem Reap.
In Phnom Penh: We are very satisfied with the array of restaurants & cuisines available in Siem Reap.
- Places you visited:
Angkor Wat complex & the other temples, Tonle Sap river & bazaar (central mkt) in Siem Reap. In Phnom Penh, we visited the Royal Palace, tonle sap cruise & Killing Fields.
- Design and management of your tour:
Overall, we find it very good. I would recommend you to my friends & relatives but I hope the above issues will not occur when they visit Cambodia.
- Are there any recommendations or criticisms of services, restaurants, shops, visit sites and so on that you’ve visited on your own?
Not much actually. Oh, one area of improvement is the kind of restaurants / cuisine that you bring your customers to. I remember there’s this restaurant during the tonle sap segment in Siem Reap where the food was HORRIBLE. Pls choose NOTABLE restaurants (eg. Restaurants recommended by Lonely Planet or other guide books). The rest of the restaurants were gd. Food is very important to the itinerary of the tour. It can make or break a customer’s impression of Cambodia.
Finally, I would most gladly to be your reference in Singapore
