Barbara Berry from USA

Good Morning,
The survey is attached, hope you continue to have a great summer. Thanks again for the excellent trip!

Ms. Berry

  1. Guide (s):

Mr. Luong (Guide in the North): Excellent introduction to Vietnam.  Mr. Luong was flexible and responded well to our plane delays due to weather. Even though we arrived at almost 2 am in the morning from China he and his assistant were there with flowers, a sign, and welcoming smiles.   The touring schedule included many sites that were interpreted well by this local guide.  Mr. Luong worked to accommodate our group requests and needs.  Also as a national guide he was able to anticipate and avoid complications. This allowed for smooth transitions between cities.

Mr. Co (Guide in the Centre) Mr. Co was a professional and knowledgeable guide.  He was able to answer the groups’ questions and had a lot of enthusiasm for his work. He provided extensive descriptions and responded quickly to our group needs and requests.

Mr. Tung (Guide in the South) Mr. Tung was a very earnest and knowledgeable guide.  He was able to reroute us to a boat during a traffic jam on the way to hotel which saved us a lot of precious time.

Mr. Sovan (Guide in Siem Reap) Knowledgeable guide who responded to our groups needs and requests.  His work reflected the high calibre of the other guides from the company.

In the North: Excellent food, the food on the boat was some of the best seafood I’ve ever eaten.

In the Centre: Excellent food.

In the South: Excellent food, the local touch  on the Mekong was amazing..

In Siem Reap: Excellent food.

*  Just a note— when we eat at 6:00-6:30 am for breakfast it might work better to eat again at 12:00-12:30.  The overall choices of restaurants were exquisite.

They showcased the local specialties and presented fresh and unique dishes.

  1. Places you visited:

The schedule was perfect, the tour picked the major highlights in each city.  The guides were also able to direct people further according to their interests. The schedule left enough free time for exploring.
