1. Guide (s):

Mr. Son (North of Vietnam): Very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. Communication skills was excellent. I would personally recommend his services.

Mr. Loc (Centre of Vietnam): Only have brief time with him due to the flight delayed therefore can not give full view but he was Ok

2. Accommodation:

Army Hotel (In Hanoi): The room was good sizing and clean…better than I thought for a 3 star hotels….U know what they say don’t judge a book by it cover.

Bai Tho Boat (In Ha Long): Good and clean and friendly

Sapa Hotel (In Sapa): Not so good, the room was not well maintained and air, probably will not stay there again

Victoria Hotel (In Hoi An): Excellent, I love it so much since come back I have not stopped talking about my time there.

Majestic Hotel (In Ho Chi Minh City): I have stayed there before but definitely improved since the renovation. very happy…have the best rest

3. Transport (Land, water and air):

Land and water was good but air was very disappointed. due to delayed, very unreliable airlines.., we lost a lots of our travel time

4. Restaurants:

In the North: good but would be better if we could have some really traditional dishes

In Sapa: Ok. but no one can make a good cup of cappuccino.

In the Centre: Ok

7. Are there any recommendations or criticisms of services, restaurants, shops, visit sites and so on that you’ve visited on your own?

I personally did not like it when we were driven to some of the wholesales factory in Marble mountain and in Hoi An. I felt we were wasting our time and the prices at the factory was very expensive, perhaps next time the guide should ask us first if we want to shop on our own or be taken to places that you recommend

I would more than happy to be your reference in Australia. Like I said when I met you in Ha Noi I can recommend your services to my clients. Not sure if I mentioned to you but I am a business owner and I travel quite abit, this trip have brought lots of business ideas to my minds as I can see the country is on the road to booming in tourism and I am interested in working with your company to organize corporate conferences tours which incorporate with business seminars, fun and excitements . I will organized the groups and guest speakers from Australia but I will need some assistant once I am in Vietnam. I liked your company as you are young, innovative and enthusiastic. Let me know if you can be of assistant, I am looking at taking the first group back in maybe March or May.
