First of all thank you very much for your kind thoughtfull presents for my wife and myself. Everytime i wear that tie i will think of Hanoi !!
We had a wonderfull 25 th anniversary adventure in Cambodia vietnam and Korea .
All the hotels, Guides, cars, drivers restaurants that you had organised were brilliant. Everybody was very welcoming and helpfull and we were well looked after. I would cetainly be reccomending your organisation and You in perticular for organising such a fantastic trip for us to all our clients ! In Seam Reap Cambodia: Mr vuthy was fantastic. he was very knowledgeable, knew his stuff very well. he was very courteous and helpful.
In Hanoi: Mr.Son was very good. Had a dry sense of Humour that we enjoyed ! he too knew his stuff well and was very courteous and helpfull.
- Accommodation:
Viet Hotel (In Hanoi): on the first part of the journey the room allocated (306) was very small and in need of decoration and refurbishment. on the second part of the journey the room (603) was spacious and well decorated and nice !! the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. the hotel amenities were good . The hotel is centrally located so made it easier to get around the all town and sights.
Ha Long Boat (In Ha Long): The boat was very good. the staff was excellent.
City view hotel Cambodia;Excellent hotel. nice rooms. excellent staff, very helpful. good swimming pool which was handy after a day’s sight seeing !
- Transport (car, boat and plane):
The cars were modern and well maintained. the drivers were safe and very good.
- Restaurants:
In the North: all the restaurants in Cambodia and Vietnam were very good. they provided delicious vegetarian meals !
- Places you visited:
All the places visited were excellent.
- Design and management of your tour:
The itinary was designed by Ms Thuong. She did an excellent job. she took care of everything .. that we had asked for. She managed to reply all our e mails within hours of receiving them !!….
She was very helpful and made excellent suggestions. She remembered our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations and arranged for us to receive a gift to remember the occassion !
- Are there any recommendations or criticisms of services, restaurants, shops, visit sites and so on that you’ve visited on your own?
