Destination: Kaeng Krachan is the largest national park of Thailand which contains a very diverse collection of tree species, both continental trees like oaks, chestnuts, and maples, but also trees found on the Malay Peninsula like palms. 57 species of mammals and more than 400 bird species had been counted in the park. This 3 day tour in Kaeng Krachan National Park gives you the best chance for birdwatching.

Day 1: Bangkok/Kaeng Krachan National park (B, L, D, G)
AM: Pick-up from your hotel Banngkok or Air-port, transfer to Kaeng Krachan National park. Takes about 3.30 hours from Bangkok/Breakfast on the way. Arrive at Pak Thale. Start Bird watching at Pak Thele. Lunch at local restaurant. Start the afternoon program near the River to explore Blue Pitta, Green Magpie, Black-backed Kingfisher, Black and Yellow Broadbill, Greater Yellownape, Lesser Yellownape, Great-Slaty Woodpecker, Dusky Broadbill, banded Broadbill and other birds. Late afternoon, transfer to Hotel to check in for accommodation and overnight stay. Dinner at hotel.
Day 2: Kaeng Krachan National park (B, L, D, G)
Early morning drive up to Phanern Thung Summit,to explore Ratchet-tailed Treepie, White-hooded Babbler, White-browed Shrike-Babbler, Orange-bellied Leafbird, Streaked Spiderhunter, Mountain Imperial Pigeon and other species.
Breakfast/drive down to km.27,the others point to explore Ratchet-tailed Treepie, Red-headed Trogon, Great, Wreathed Hornbill, Golden Babbler, Lesser Racket-tailed Drongo, Green Magpie and other birds. Lunch at local restaurant.
Start the afternoon birding program near the river, to explore Blue Pitta, Black-backed Kingfisher, Black and Yellow Broadbill, Greater Yellonape, Lesser Yellownape, Great-slaty Woodpecker, Dusky, Banded Broadbill and other birds.
Drive back to the Hotel/Dinner. Start the Night Bird watching. 21:00 Return back to Bungalows
Day 3: Kaeng Krachan National Park/Bangkok (B, L, G)
Drive to Sam Yot check point/start the morning Bird watching from KM 3-10. You’ll see Greater Yellownape, Common and Greater Flameback, Bar-backed Prtridge, Great Hornbill, Wreathed Hornbill, Brown Hornbill, Slaty-breasted Partridge, Greta Slaty Woodpecker, Drongo Cuckoo, Banded Bay Cuckoo, Banded Kingfisher, Blue-eared Babet, Green-eared Barbet, Crested Serpent Eagle, Crested Goshawk, Orange-breasted Trogon and other birds.

Breakfast/Continue to Morning Bird watching program/You’ll see: Golden-crested Myna, Hill Myna, Great Iora, Asian-barred Owlet, Collared Owlet, Heart-spotted Woodpecker, White-browed Piculet, Hainan Blue Flycatcher, Tickel’s Blue Flycatcher, Blue-bearded Bee-eater, Puff-throated Babbler, Stripe-throated Bulbul, Black-headed Bulbul, Black-crested Bulbul, Black-naped Monarch, Asian Partadise Flycatcher, Red-throated Flycatcher, Green-billed Malkoha and many other birds.
Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch start the afternoon Bird watching program. Late PM. transfer to your hotel in Bangkok or air-port.
