The money you pay shall be secure
As a fully licensed international tour company, we deposit and preserve a money ‘bond’ in a safe account in the principle state bank of Vietnam. Our ‘bond’ account can only be used to reimburse Gia Linh Journey customers – any withdrawal should be authorized by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
Under the terms of our license, we’re obliged to reimburse you if we fail to comply with any factor of a settlement between yourself and Gia Linh Travel. The amount of the bond is linked to our annual turnover so, if we are unable to offer part of an itinerary or stop buying and selling, your cash is absolutely protected.
Compensation if we get it wrong
If Gia Linh Journey, or a third party contracted to us, fails to deliver a part of the agreed contract, we’ll reimburse you and, if needed, seek redress from our contractor later.
